Welcome to the list Sara,

> We are just beginning down this road. Five kids ranging from three

to

> 16... our three boys are like raising one Brad Pitt and two Barney

> Fife's side-by-side, which is to say, one ADHD, two Asperger's.

We've

> gotten test results back on two of the three and are waiting on the

> results from the third. Our ADHD had 29 food allergies and

> insensitivities, and one of our Aspie's had 35. He was allergic to

> everything we tested! My guess is that he's CD, but pediatrician is

> reluctant to test (although all the kids have been on a lifetime

> supply of antibiotics, steriods and asthma meds... kinda makes it

hard

> to trust conventional medicine, given what I've learned!)

When you write 29 food allergies do you mean true food allergies -

ie Anaphylaxis or food sensitivities..? IgG, IgE...

Many have found that the longer they are on the diet and their guts

are healing that some foods they were sensitive to previous to the

diet they aren't sensitive to anymore.

> Here's my question. I can find almost NO recipes that don't have

> ingredients they're not allergic to. Not on the internet, not in GF

> cookbooks. Allergies include rice, dairy, eggs, corn, chicken,

lamb,

> wheat, soy, almond, cashew, peanuts, tomato.

You can find many dairy free recipes here geared toward children

http://pecanbread.com/recipes.html

And with many of the nut recipes you can change up the type of nut

to something your kids don't react to, like pecans, walnuts,

macadamia, hazelnut...

There are more SCD recipes at http://www.scdrecipe.com/recipes.html

http://www.scdiet.org/2recipes/default.html

and http://uclbs.org/recipes/bmc/

But you'll have to sift thru more because the aren't organized into

dairy free etc..
