Guest guest
Does anyone have any of Shomon's thyroid books? I'm trying to figure out how concerned I should be about my recent labs. I only have one side of my thyroid gland left after surgery in 2007, and am not on any thyroid meds. My labs are TSH- 2.8 (.3-3.0), T4- 1.34 (.61-1.76) and T3- 25 (24-39) I am mostly concerned about my T3 being low. I am very tired most of the time, and cold. I've started taking " From Fatigued to Fantastic " , hoping to nourish my remaining gland. thanks! Beth L.
Guest guest
Beth, I think you are right to be concerned about that low T3 reading. It should be at the higher end of normal, not the lower end. I've got several thyroid books from different authors...there's many out there that deal with it, as well as the adrenal involvement. Perhaps you need some T3? Patty > > Does anyone have any of Shomon's thyroid books? I'm trying to figure out how concerned I should be about my recent labs.
