? on yogurts

Thank you all for sharing so much! I have learned so much from all of you on

this list.

I just got my copy of the insurance letter from Dr. R last night. I am

hoping and praying my insurance will cover enough so I can have the surgery

done in Aug. If it doesn't I will have to wait until January at which time

we can switch ins co's.

Anyway, right now I am trying to get all my ducks in a row so I will be ready!

I hear everyone talking about yogurt. What kind of yogurt is everyone

eating? Does it have to be just plain yogurt.....I can't stand that stuff!

Hi Connie. You can have any flavor of yogurt as long as it's fat free. My

favorites are peach and blueberry.
