Guest guest Posted September 28, 2005 Report Share Posted September 28, 2005 Well, that's a tough one because the sources of calcium in vegetables occur in foods that are high in oxalates, which makes absorbing the calcium difficult from my understanding. I know you said that you didn't want a supplement, but since calcium is a mineral, it can be baked into things like pancakes and muffins and can even be put in scrambled eggs.
