Does anyone know of good sources of calcium that aren't a)dairy (of any

sort) or b)supplement.

Thanks in advance!

Well, that's a tough one because the sources of calcium in vegetables occur

in foods that are high in oxalates, which makes absorbing the calcium difficult

from my understanding.

I know you said that you didn't want a supplement, but since calcium is a

mineral, it can be baked into things like pancakes and muffins and can even

be put in scrambled eggs.
