calcium in food

Does anyone know of good sources of calcium that aren't a)dairy (of any

sort) or b)supplement.

Jane, Does you son drink the soup if it is room temp?

I add a bit of salt, pepper and garlic in the broth,

let it cool and put it in a glass with straw. My kids

slurp slurp slurp. Can puree veg to make a gazbacho

type of soup/V8. You are right; so so so good for

you.
