Guest guest
Thanks, I knew you would know. My TSH was .6 before my surgery, so I just don't want to " blow out " the remaining good side. Yesterday I went into my natural foodstore, and they recommended an alternative clinic here, where there are M.D. and N.D.s, and I found out we have also have a compounding pharmacy here. So I think I'm going to try that route and see what they say. I'm cold all the time, can't function without my morning coffee, and am experiencing a little brain fog. On a positive note, I am doing pretty good. I pay close attention to the vitamins that work for me, I take fish oil, the Chlorella has really helped me, I skin brush and do my Ttapp exercises. I focus on helping my lymph system, and I've had very little of the neuro. burning in my face, etc. in about 4 months. hugs, Beth > > > > Does anyone have any of Shomon's thyroid books? I'm trying to figure out how concerned I should be about my recent labs. I only have one side of my thyroid gland left after surgery in 2007, and am not on any thyroid meds. My labs are TSH- 2.8 (.3-3.0), T4- 1.34 (.61-1.76) and T3- 25 (24-39) I am mostly concerned about my T3 being low. I am very tired most of the time, and cold. I've started taking " From Fatigued to Fantastic " , hoping to nourish my remaining gland. > > > > thanks! > > Beth L. > > >
