Frustrated with SCD Cooking

I am a full time working mother with an autistic child to care for. I

have a busy household.

We're new on the SCD, and my son is doing very well. We're seeing

great results. I'm finding the cooking and baking, though very

difficult. I don't have the time and I'm not that fantastic cook. My

son is very particular with the food he eats, and he's literally

starving.

Is there, perhaps any health food store that sells SCD ready food?

I feel like we cannot go on without help.
