I made a gramatical error when I wrote this. I did not mean to say

that I was going to add iodine to my table salt. I meant that I was

going to use supplements to make up for the lack of iodine in my table

salt. I was planning to read about the method that recommends

but have had no time. I will post the link for Redmont later.
