Guest guest
I'm trying t-tapp.com, Tapp workout, it has some pilates and ballet moves to strengthen you from core out, also a detoxing exercise program. She says 0 and B have sluggish lymph systems. With the wheat allergies, I would break out in whelps and red blotchy rashes, also with dairy. My mom did the food avoidance thing to figure it out. The pediatrician said I would outgrow it. I was into my teens before I starting improving. I'm wondering now if it really ever goes away. hugs, Beth > > > > Well, wish me luck.
