Welcome to the list!

The best results seem to come from starting with the intro diet and

adding new foods slowly. I know it is not the most popular thing to

do because it is tedious, but it really does seem to work best.

The intro diet is for everyone.

As for how to pack school lunches: invest in some Thermos brand

stainless steel thermoses. Then you can send anything for lunch:

soup, entrees, cold foods, anything. The new Thermoses keep hot food

hot for 6 hours (and I mean steaming hot). They keep cold foods cold

for 10-12 hours.

We use ours a lot and I homeschool my kids. We use them for day

trips, we take them to restaurants, and on picnics, etc.
