Blood Pressure Medications

I had my surgery on March 27, 2000. One week post surgery my blood

pressure was running in the 180's/115 and I went back on Accupril and

Cardizem. Approximately the last week I have developed dizziness

upon standing up or lying down too quickly or turning my head. I

wonder if anyone else has had this problem and if so, please tell me

how long it took for your blood pressure to level out! Any

suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Also I'm new to this site

and look forward to reading everyone's emails!
