Laurie,

I would love to be of help with this issue, but I have no idea.

Try using google and look up canning. Or go to your local library and ask if

they have any canning videos. (I know these exist because I've seen them.)

I pour the ketchup in plastic containers, available at food service

stores, and freeze. YMMV though. Take care, Fay

I don't know how big you are talking about, but I do one can of tomato

juice at a time.

First I make it but the recipe in BTVC.

Then I put a baby food jar in the fridge for immediate use (or within

a few days).

The rest, I put in clean ice cube trays and then put into the freezer

to freeze. When it is frozen, I put the cubes in ziplock bag.

Each cube is about 2 table spoons and the perfect serving size for

most meals.

When needed, I put on in the microwave for 20 seconds or put in the

fridge a few hours before needed.

Hope this helps!

(I also do this with purred veggies and fruits like peas, avacoado

etc.)

Try this link (shows how to make ketchup from tomatoes and can it, with

pictures and everything):

Here's something from a county extension office:

And a helpful guided to cooking, baking, and canning using honey instead of

sugar:
