So roasted cashews aren't acceptable?

Also, I'd been wondering about cottonseed oil as I hadn't been able to

find any mention of it in any lists. My first thought is the reason I try

to avoid it in general - I've heard it's not fit for human consumption.

But this was the first outright mention of its not being legal I've come

across.

Also what about turmeric?
