Hi Cindy,

I made the NY cheesecake in a 10 inch springform pan. Best cheesecake

Thanks for your reply, Sheila. I was worried that a 9.5 would be too

big, but I think now it'll be fine. And perfect timing for your

response, as I'm on the way into the kitchen now to make it...
