Guest guest
He everybody, I gained three pounds waiting for approval. I have now dropped ten pounds or so. I read some study somewhere that even a ten pound weight loss before surgery is beneficial. Is that true? I hope so. le May 29, 2000 - Bring it on! Guest guest
--- I read some study somewhere that even a ten pound weight loss before > surgery is beneficial. Is that true? I hope so I asked Dr. R what can I do to get the most benefit from surgery to make my body as strong as possible? His reply ..........sensible DIET and exercise, ,,,,,,,,,, DR. R, if I could do that why would I be having the surgery lil, MGB humour here........here?HEHEHEH? Yes its important that the ole cardio vascular is pumping well and less weight on the ole body, well....it all makes sense. I know some have put on weight waiting (like me) but then started getting smart the last 2 weeks..........Do whats best for you In my opinion the less stress the better..........regardless of dieting or not.
