Dear Blair,

I'm glad you got the PI monster submitted. Mine went in 5/2...Dr. R got

my insurance letter done 5/9.....they faxed it to the insurance company 5/12...

and now I'm waiting. I overnighted my packet 5/16 and they received it

5/17.......and I'm still waiting..... I hope I will hear from the insurance

company tomorrow. Good luck.......
