I'm in the same boat with you. I spoke to Barbara on Friday and was

advised to call back to day for a surgical date. Today I was told that the

packet had not been reviewed yet and that I couldn't get a date without

that. I too am disappointed and had hoped to get it taken care of before

his time away. This was all self-imposed on my part. I can't say that I

blame the office or him. I should have known better. By the looks of the

list I should have known he would be very busy with all those post-ops and

the large number that are already scheduled. Still I was hoping to get in

under the wire. I had already told everyone I would have a date today. I

must say Barbara was very kind to me when I called. I could not wait to get

home to get some encouragement from my friends. I certainly wasn't

expecting to read that you also had my experience. Maybe we will be

together in July.

Now I feel sorry for us both.

I know that must be disappointing for you I am scheduled for 6/2.

When I called the day my packet was suppose to arrive he had not

reviewed it. I sent an e-mail the same day and ask them to either

call me or e-mail when it had been approved. I also ask for 6/2 if

it was available. I got the e-mail the next day!!! SO there may be

some hope still. Good Luck Marie in Va.
