The histologic and electronmicroscopic findings were confirmed by the microchemical analyses (Si K--radiation). The route of lymphatic drainage of the material and the differential diagnosis from other storage diseases are discussed and the importance of further observation of distant scattering of Silicone implant particles is emphasized. **************Recession-proof vacation ideas.
