Questions: exercise & sports bra

Hi all,

I'm wondering for those of you who have been explanted - what type and brand of

sports bra did you wear after you removed the blue binding wrap? Dr. Kolb said

I'll need to wear one for a few months after the binding comes off.

Also, when were you able to start gently exercising, like walking or slow

swimming? I was ill before explant, so haven't been able to exercise for a few

years, and am really looking forward to very slowly working back into it.
