BTVC recipes

Hi,

When I go to the BTVC web site, I can't see any recipes. Where do I

find the BTVC recipes? For ex. the spaghetti and sauce recipe on BTVC

site.

Do you have a copy of the Breaking the Vicious Cycle book?

When people say that the recipe is in BTVC, they are referring to Elaine's

book, not to her website.

Although there a lot of SCD recipes online too.

And google is a great search engine.

Type whatever you are looking for into the box.

Keywords like " winter squash photo " will help you find pictures of vegetables

with unfamiliar names.
