Hi gang,

My husband and I are getting ready to do the Durhan dance for surgery on

5/17/00. Just saying that gives me butterflies. Anyway I just wanted

to say thank-you to all of you for your support and help. At times, I

felt like nobody understood, but then I would turn on the computer and

read my mail and find my friends that really do understand all that goes

along with being obese. I will e-mail all of you when I return from

Durham but in the mean time I have asked my daughter to e-mail you and

let you know how I am doing. So be watching for that. I hope you will

say a prayer for all of us on the 17th. Thanks again and I will talk to

you when I return.

I've been wondering about you. I am so excited for you but I know

you must be even more excited. You will definitely be in my prayers. I wish

you the best for a quick and easy surgery and a speedy recovery. I can't

wait to join you on your journey to better health.

Hi Bernardine,

How's it going? I miss not hearing from you much. I can't believe

Peggy is on her way

already and she's not taking me!!! I hope everyone does well this next week.

How's your family? Were they excited about flying and going to the beach in

NC? We will get together for our date at the juicebar as soon as my surgery

is done. My whole family is on standby waiting for this. Keep in touch.
