Dear Everyone:

I was going to write on this issue because of my daughters milk sensitivity. I

made my ghee the other night but my daughter still got her eczema by the next

morning. So I researched on the web and found Alton Brown directions for making

ghee (alot of details) I will try to put the link on this email.

I wanted to know if there is any margarine out there that is legal? I have not

found any but just thought I'd ask. Would normal safflower oil be ok to

substitute for most recipes? Has anyone tried this? Thanks for any input.

Eileen Brown
