Guest guest
The best form of vitamin C is sodium ascorbate as it is buffered and does not cause diarrhea, so you can take high doses if needed to counter viruses much more easily. We use Source Naturals. It is also an excellent gargle for sensitive teeth/gum disease as it helps knit the gums back onto the teeth. http://www.mothering.com/discussions/showthread.php?t=43682 Jane and Luke, SCD 1 month > Does anyone know of a legal Buffered Vitamin C?
