hi,

I am also using ghee instead of butter.

Only I make my own out of organic butter.

It is very easy, and saves money.

Let me know if you want the recipe.

Ghee is a good substitute for butter. It is a dairy product, but is

100% fat, no protein (casein) left. By comparison, butter is 99% fat,

and 1% casein. My son does fine with ghee. We use Purity Farms, and

get it at our health food store.
