Mersan,

Are you sure you should be doing all these things? I know that you are anxious to feel better but honestly it sounds like you have too much going on. I do hope that you are under the care of a physician. I too am recovering from explant and each day things feel as if they are getting a little better. I think sometimes God wants us to turn it over to him to direct our healing. Please rethink all of these things you are doing because it sounds as if you are not in a good place. I will say a prayer for you.

Take Care,

Carolyn

Yesterday was day 2. I slept a lot of the day and did wake up from my afternoon nap feeling really bad - low blood sugarish and/or low blood pressure. It went away though. Mild headaches.i dropped 1 pound yesterday so down 3 pounds overall (I'm underweight so not trying to lose weight).I woke up this morning feeling so so - like I could do 1 more day.I also have cramps in my gut this morning. One thing I'm noticing is the celery juice is giving me lower gas which tells me I'm still not absorbing properly.

Could you be more specific about your concern ? I'm not sure what you mean by

'all these things'. I don't seem to be doing more (or even as much) as many

others going through this. I'm just unclear about what exactly your concern

is.

But no, I'm not under the care of a physician. Every once in a while I go to my

holistic doc and am always diappointed at the lack of knowledge/treatment plan.

I can't be the only one.

Thanks for teh support. I felt I really needed to do this but also feel it is

now time to break the fast.

I do wish I could do a long one like you did but that will come.

Yesterday I was very cold but not today at all (day 3).

I've just noticed in the previous post that you have mentioned doing skin brushing, psyllium cleansing, parasite cleansing and organ cleansing. I'm not saying there is anything wrong with any of this but I would not think you would want to combine these things. I have worked in healthcare for almost 30 years and have seen the affects of what happens to people. There are good doctors out there who would follow you and try to help get your body back on track. We can't let the implant controversy keep us from trusting the word of trained medical professionals.

That is okay... By all means don't beat yourself up, the blessing with short fast it will show someone it works just by giving your digestive system a break, which will keep ones that try this coming back for more.I can remember just freezing to death on a fast but in a short time your body temp will normalize out. With fasting you go through highs and lows, just as we all do when we are eating. If you were to count the highs and lows during a fast, the highs would win! Have a Happy and Healthy Day, Kopera M.H.© Copyright 2007 www.sCorner.com . Oh, I'm not doing all those things at once.

Many people have healed w/o a doctor , including, I believe, this list owner.

If I feel I need to see a doctor .... I will go see one.

Thanks for concern.

I hear you on the disappointment and money that involved with my disease of MS.Traditional Doctor I spent out of my pocket $30,000- $40,000. My results I was on a $200 shot once a week and had name for my symptoms and that was the beginning on me getting sicker. Did not get me very far!Homeopath, Natropath, Chiropractor, Nutritionist and Herbalist, I went through defiantly cost me a substantial amount of money not as much as the traditional doctors. Let me not forget I was going health food store poor, too. No matter who I saw ever gave me relief, it just kept putting me on a downward spiral. Also at that time the Nutritionist did not even know about wheat/gluten was, what good did that do me? Following that appointment she sent me out with $150 in supplements that did not

do anything, either. What I am saying, I understand your position fully. No matter who I saw, I did not get results. Until, I put it into my own hands. Plus, looking back from the traditional to the natural not one of them told me," get to pooping." That was my main problem and didnt even know it! Knowing what I know now, that is difficult to believe that all these people did not have the knowledge. It showed me, one can read about this all you want. Until, you have the experience how would one ever know. Have a Happy and Healthy Day, Kopera M.H.© Copyright 2007 www.sCorner.com . Carolyn,

Mersan is experiencing all of the reactions that come along with fasting. It's

a good thing! She's cleaning out and those toxins are moving out!

Carolyn,

I can understand your concerns about the therapies we do on our group, with your

healthcare background, but I can assure you that there is nothing as unsafe

about the natural cleansing methods as there is with medical drugs. Drugs,

IMHO opinion, are toxic and dangerous, even when trained medical professionals

are doing the advising.

Remember, doctors have been trained to prescribe drugs and cut into people. I

am not saying all doctors are bad and that they don't have valid treatments, but

what I am saying is that we should be careful about trusting them TOO MUCH.

This has been a resounding alarm in America over the past decade....did you know

that the 3rd largest cause of death in America is from DOCTORS???

Please read this article:

http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2000/07/30/doctors-death-part\

-one.aspx

The reason I don't trust the word of trained medical professionals implicitly is

because I have seen them lie or mislead over and over and over again. Please

don't be offended....it's just a truth I've experienced. I have many family

members that are nurses, doctors, therapists, and so I know that there are good

people in this field who mean well. It's just that the information they teach

is often biased in one direction only. They discredit valid natural therapies

as hogwash, when in fact they are safe and effective, and I believe the reason

is that they have been heavily influenced by the money of the peddlers of

pharmaceuticals.

Natural healing methods WORK. I can say this because they worked beautifully

for me. I have never had to take drugs to get better, though the doctors wanted

to give them to me. I said no to traditional medicine in favor of natural

medicine and I am healed.

What I noticed early in my involvement with breast implant support issues is

that those who dived headlong into traditional medicine alone never got better.

Those who trusted their doctors to heal them never healed. It was primarily

those who followed natural healing methods and a regimen of detoxing, and those

who, for the most part, avoided drugs, that saw the most healing.

I hope that is somehow insightful to you!

Patty,

Believe me, I have seen my share of crap from doctors. It just looked as if Mersan was spinning out of control with all she was doing. I am very reluctant to take any kind of medication and my physician knows this. I have had a good relationship with him, he is of Eastern Indian decent and practices both Eastern and Western medicines. I do think you have to be very careful in the choices you make with healthcare and natural is always better. Carolyn

Carolyn,

That's fantastic that you have a doctor practicing both Eastern and Western

medicine, and a good relationship with him. I wish I had that. It is such a

relief to find someone that you can establish a good rapport with, and who is on

the same wavelengths as we are.

My hope is that everyone finds a healing protocol for themselves that works

effectively, safely, cheaply, and easily from home. I think it is very

possible, and Mersan is finding that out. I'm really encouraged when I hear

women sharing their experiences, and see them finding new levels of recovery,

like I did.

Best wishes to all for good health!
