Guest guest
We are almost completely SCD compliant. I just have to get rid of amaranth. Anyway, we probably need to go low phenol as well. Anyone have any ideas for fruit (other than pear) that we could use? While I'm at it, are there any legal bacon or ham products that I should know about? I'd love to give Graham some bacon or diced ham for some fat as we are avoiding eggs, dairy, and nuts (family hx of food allergies). Thanks, a

Some say that double peeling fruit removes a lot of the phenols which are close to the skin of the fruit. If phenols are an issue, some people use enzymes (No fenol). > While I'm at it, are there any legal bacon or ham products that I > should know about?
