Guest guest
Thank you for responding, Sheila! How many cups of nuts do you pour in the processor at a time and do you just 'pulse' till they look like flour? > > Hi Cathy, > > Yes, and it turns out pretty good. > > Sheila > > Does anyone here use their food processor to make almond flour?? > > If so, how does it turn out? > > Thank you for any advice. > > Cathy > > >
Guest guest
Hi Cathy, > How many cups of nuts do you pour in the processor at a time and do > you just 'pulse' till they look like flour? Probably a cup at a time and gradually add more. I pulse a bit and then let it spin until pretty smooth. I don't add more than 2-3 cups at a time because I like it fairly fine . If I want to do more I scrap it out into a zip lock bag and continue until I have enough done. When I finished I squeeze the air out of the bag and store in the freezer.
