How many cups of nuts do you pour in the processor at a time and do

you just 'pulse' till they look like flour?

Hi Cathy,

Probably a cup at a time and gradually add more. I pulse a bit and

then let it spin until pretty smooth. I don't add more than 2-3 cups

at a time because I like it fairly fine . If I want to do more I

scrap it out into a zip lock bag and continue until I have enough

done. When I finished I squeeze the air out of the bag and store in

the freezer.
