Mail order SCD Cookbooks to Canada?

I would like to be able to order SCD cookbooks by mailorder, but the SCDiet

website (scdiet.com) states that for orders outside the U.S., they must be paid

with a cheque or money order drawn on a U.S. bank. Is there an easier way to do

this, or a place where a mailorder can be made using a Canadian credit card?

I'm looking at getting SCD, Cooking to Heal Little Tummies, and perhaps one

other book (don't know which one will be the best), as dh is doing most of the

cooking now and he needs some guidance (any advice on recommendations for a

third title would be appreciated).
