Guest guest
A rebounder is like a mini trampoline. The book I got with mine said that gently bouncing on it stimulates the lymph system. Connie

Guest guest
We were talking about the lymph system because a sluggish lymph system can cause edema. Somebody mentioned edema as one of the problems that went away after their surgery. I have major edema problems so I've been asking questions about it because I never knew it was connected to weight. I wanted to know how you stimulate a sluggish lymph system and the rebounder was one of the answers.
