HOW DO THEY DO THIS???? Since I've joined this list I've noticed that

whenever someone is in a true panic, crisis or really needs to speak to Dr.

R. or Debbie...they get a response almost immediately from a member of the

staff or Dr. R himself!

(Which, BTW, I am NOT complaining about - but it's magical the way they

respond so quickly to patients in need!!!)

I was finally able to print your insurance letter.

It turns out that the very long and detailed descriptions that you wrote

crashed the connection between my MS Access database and MS Word (Bill Gates

is smiling)

I deleted most of the text that you typed and got it to work.

Note to everyone when you fill out the form limit your text to one or at

most two paragraphs.
