Guest guest
Hello Friends, As of tomorrow morning I am one week post-op. It has been great. I am not having any trouble sticking to post op instructions. I have not been hungry yet. I would have loved a hot dog today though. I was at my son's baseball game. For years I have ALWAYS had a hotdog at the game. But I had tiny sips of gatorade instead. The good news is I am 6 days post-op and have gone from 232 to 218. That is 14 lbs. I am thrilled. Sure wish I could make it to Durham to this week to meet so many of you. But I will see you all at the picnic and the reunion. All of you are in my prayers and I will be watching and waiting for word that all of you have safely crossed over - or have gotten your date - or your insurance approval - or a new job - or whatever your hearts desire. Can anyone tell me how to get to the POST-OP list? I love you guys and I love your energy. But I really need some energy from the post- op list too. I just cannot figure out how to get there. CAN ANYONE HELP ME???? Love to all, Carolyn 14 lbs gone forever
Guest guest
Elicia, I use an electric blanket instead of a heating pad. Usually for the worst days I take a little extra breakthrough meds and curl up in bed and hope I fall asleep. If I can't fall asleep, it's time to go to the ER. Kimber -- Kimber hominid2@...
