PI form

To the group:

I need some help. I sent my PI form over the Internet to Dr. Rutledge's

office early last week - it took me six tries and over three hours total, and

now I've discovered that it NEVER MADE IT TO HIS COMPUTER!!!

Does anybody have any wisdom here? Is it AOL that's causing these problems?

Has anyone else had this problem? I'm at my wit's end.
