I run frozen fruit pieces through the food cone of my Omega 8002 juicer and add a little honey. It is just delicious. I've done it with pineapple (canned Dole) berries, and pears respectively. > Is the Shelton's canned chicken broth legal? Sorry, the broth is not legal. I had the GFCF diet down after following it for over 5 years so it is very frustrating now to have so many questions. Also, any breakfast ideas would be very helpful. My daughter still cannot handle bananas (severe phenol and amine problem) or apples. I need some good muffin recipes, bread recipes. Thanks for any help you can give me. Many people on Pecanbread use the canned tomato goods that just say tomatoes and salt (at their own risk as tecnically canned vegetables are illegal) I have only used the tomato juice. Carol F.
