You're probably talking about remedies you can take by mouth, but

we've used shampoos containing tea tree oil and/or jojoba oil for

itchy scalp caused by suspected yeast. Shampoo and leave on the scalp

for a few minutes then rinse well. Sometimes it causes huge white

flakes (really gross!) later in the day, If so, then repeat the next

day and it's always been gone.
