So I don't know who wrote about it or if I've written the subject line correctly but, for anxiety, look into Flower Essences. You can find them at most Health Food stores. There are many that address different types of anxiety, try to find 1-3 that are the closest match then put two drops of each in a glass of water and sip 4 times a day. It won't be immediate, but over 2-3 days she should notice that she's not so anxious anymore. Also, Rescue Remedy works really well at relieving stress in a pinch. Flower Essences work really well for me and even my skeptical father used them the week before his hernia operation because he was severely anxious about it and, he says, they ended up making a huge difference.
