Yes,there are die off reactions during the first year on SCD. I hope

Electrolyte Drink

Many Pedialyte and Electrolyte drinks are made with dextrose.

Unfortunately, it is difficult to be sure if the dextrose is

unadulterated (see Dextrose). It is easy to make your own.

Electrolyte drink

1 quart boiled water

2 tbsp. honey

1/4 tsp. of salt

1/4 tsp.baking soda

Can be kept in refrigerator for 24 hours, and then a new batch

should be made.
