I think this is because I have gone all night without eating and I am used to eating every three or so hours. Has anyone else had this problem? Does it gradually go away? What did you do to alleviate it? >> I have the EXACT same problem. I did eat an egg this morning.....my surgery was 4/11. I dry heave or gag just about everything I eat. I can eat about 2 teaspoons of raisen bran, maybe 1/4 th of an english muffin.....a half packet of grits.....but most mornings I just can't eat anything. Since I have to drive kids to school, I can't spend 1/2 hour being sick....so I try to eat something after I drive. Also, if I have half of a packet or any amount of citricel....I dry heave or get sick for about 15 minutes. I can't do a thing. Is there any citricel in a capsual?!?!?!?! I cannot take the stugg. Maybe in a month or 2 I might be able to....but not now. I can take some vitimins...but only in the afternoon. As the day goes on, I can tolerate more. It really isn't all that bad....I just have to be careful about when and where I eat anything......but I'm still new at this! Dede
