from my right upper abdomen which I figured was my gallbladder. It

was bad enough that I paged Dr. R and he called me back within a few

hours and told me that I would be the first to have gallbladder

problems this soon. Anyway, he told me to take more pain medication

until it passed and that I would be on Actigall next week. Woke up

this morning with no pain at all!! I hope it was just a passing

thing and not a sign of upcoming problems...

anything urgent going on (like a M-F 9-5 job!! LOL) so I can lay low

this week. I've been sleeping better than I have in so long - it's

wonderful! Been out with my dog Molly quite a bit. The past several

evenings I've even taken her out for walks and we've been able to go

farther than ever before. No more aches and pains and I'm not

huffing & puffing! Yippee!

orange juice. I did have a little bit of chicken and rice soup last

night that tasted wonderful! Tried that cottage cheese that comes

with fruit and thought I was gonna get sick. It tasted horrible! I

think I'll stick with yogurt & soup for now!

blenders crush ice?

soup. I used Lactaid Milk though, and ate about 1/4 of what it made,

could not do much more. Anyhow, no problems what so ever...I agree

with sticking with the yogurt and soup, I want to try other things,

but I am nervous. I also find the yogurt gives me energy and the

soup helps with craving " real " food.

Best of Luck... in Colorado
