I just want to update my decision and add a few additional comments

regarding my computer glitch. I hope everyone's stopped receiving my e-mail

that I didn't send out. Somehow on the onelist, my computer was set to auto

respond which sent out numerous blank e-mails. I have no idea how this

happened. All I know is I did not do it. It was unbelieveable at some of

the responses and reactions I got from this support list. You flamed and

threatened me before you knew the facts. To me, that is not support. You

all want truthful and honest answers from all the post ops yet when this

happened very few of you bothered to find out the truth before you found me

guilty. Following are some examples of what was said. See if you agree if

this is support or not.

What is your problem? Got nothing better to do than clog up our

e-mails with useless messages.

I see this as a cry for help and God has a plan for you. Please

seek his guidance and contact me for help.

You are toying with some techies and your computer might catch

something you can't get rid of.......You only get one warning.

I was accused of being mental, demonic, malicious plus alot of other

things. I have and will continue to support all on this list and the post

op list. I love meeting new people and keeping the wonderful new friends I

have made on this list. I thank God for each and everyone. Especially my

favorite angel, Dr. R. I'm going to stay on these lists because I feel I

can be of help answering questions regarding surgery and giving support. I

whole heartedly believe in this surgery. I'm one of Dr. R's staunchest

supporters. I'm still mystified every day with the changes that this

surgery brings to your life. I started out at 350 pounds and todate weigh

192. I've never felt better in my life but I know I couldn't have done it

by myself. I did it with the love and support of family and friends.

Friends whom I have made through contact on these lists. So I'm not going

anywhere because I'd miss them too much.

In future, all I ask is find out the truth before you flame and

blame. Think before you act. Your actions and words can really hurt

people. If you'd taken the time to find out about me before you flamed, you

would have known I'm not that kind of person. One of Webster's definitions

of support is to endure and tolerate especially with patience. Patience was

not practiced on this one folks.

Again, I apologize for all the e-mails. Hopefully the problem has

been solved. The manager of the onelist reset my machine from auto

responding and they've run all fixes for the I LOVE YOU virus which is

really a killer. It is a really powerful bug.

Perhaps Janie should be welcoming YOU to the list, as she has been post op

for over a year. She has graciously entered the realm to show preops

exactly what it's like to lose over 150 lbs from this surgery.
