Also, Christa, I forgot to tell you, don't forget that you can appeal. I'm

not sure how you do it but someone on this list is and I am sure someone will

give you advice on appeal. Plus I remember that something about the

appealate process in in the Patient Manual you downloaded or Deb mailed you.

Don't give up just yet. I remember someone who was denied the mgb,

but

she appealed and proved to the insurance that Dr. Rutledge was the

ONLY one that does this procedure. She was then approved out of

state

/ network. I am not sure but I think she was from Florida. I am

sorry I don't remember her name.
