It's usually substituted at 50% of whatever the sugar measurement is (i.e. 1/2 c. honey to 1 c. sugar), though I've seen recommendations for 75%. Also Where do i find almond butter that is allowed for making cookies?.Unfortunatly my son doesnt eat hardly any variety. Cookies [ home made from Rice flour], chicken, pork, occasionally Bananas Provamel Yoghurts[ soya] that it . I shall have dificulty starting stage one of the Vicious circle .. Am i not allowed just to replace all ingredients with alloed ingredients of a SCD diet?????. Therefore bypass all the runny, foods. Rgards Thanks alot for all your help.
