my children suffer from terribly as well - i have started supplementing with

magnesium - i found that when they ate wheat the leg cramps went away and when

they didnt they came back - and from what i gather, wheat is actually a fairly

good source of magnesium

Hi,

Since my husband has been on the SCD diet he has started having leg cramping at

night. Is this normal?

Potassium deficiency can also cause leg cramping. Sometimes supplementing

with cal/mag can upset the cal/pot and mag/pot ratios. When using cal/mag

supplements, you should also supplement with potassium.
