Elliot has been off antibiotics (bactrim) for 19 days and has his nose congestion and cough is back. The Clinic asked us to come in right away so I went yesterday. They have prescribed Cipro for his nose and Prelone for his cough. The Doctor thinks his cough is kind of croupy. Has anyone used these before. Elliot is 15mths old so I know he is a little young for Cipro but the doctor says no problem and there are plenty of young patients using this. He also said that there is an incredible amount of viral infections going around now. He says that it is very late in the season for this but they are seeing more than ever this year.
