Guest guest
Dede-How low was your potassium(k+)? Leafy greens are a good source, but if you're nauseous...??? Yogurt has a decent amount of K+ in it.If you do have to take a supplement, they do have it in a powder form(similar to Citrucel).make sure you get something on your tummy first(yogurt, citrucel, etc.to help protect it!) Low potassium can be life threatening!(I know you know this since your hubby's a doc)It's about the only thing post-op that can get you " in the weeds " so to speak! Take care...you've got Romainia to go to,don't you? Osler
