Guest guest
Hi all, I was thinking of trying the nut yogurt out with my IgG sensative son (been off all allergens for six months). He did not test reactive to macadamias, and I know they seem fairly well tolerated by even sensative folks. My Q is about the starter - do we need to order it specially? Or can I just use some of his probiotics? I'm asking b/c I know people who use a bit of the last batch to 'innoculate' the new one - and we've found some probio strains he seems to tolerate. If I used those and he had a bad rxn, at least I'd know that it was the actual yogurt he didn't tolerate - not the probio. Any input helpful, thanks! -christine
