Guest guest
Hi. I am brand new to this ( as of today.) I have been on a gluten free diet for about 9 months yet my symptoms just got worse and now I thought that I would try this. I purchased the book, however, I had a few questions... Is Meyerburg goats milk legal? Is Goat Cheese legal? Thank you- also what vitamins and supplements do you suggest that I take?

It must be aged at least 30 days so Feta is NOT legal, but Goat Brie and Goat Cheddar aged over 30 days are legal > Thank you- also what vitamins and supplements do you suggest that I > take? > Freeda makes SCD compliant vitamins and they are labelled as SCD.
