Guest guest Posted September 22, 2005 Report Share Posted September 22, 2005 Hello, I am a mother of 2 boys on SCD. The older is 2 and the younger is 1. The younger is why I am writing today. As I spend countless hours cooking and preparing his baby food, it occurred to me that there are many people who are unable to spend the needed time due to the fact that they may have to work or other reasons. I am In the process of starting a small business that will provide SCD legal, organic baby food meals like red lentil dinner w/ chicken, broccoli and chicken dinner, veggie/beef dinner, etc. I am even considering special orders for those with allergies. I realize that processed food are generally illegal because you are uncertain as to what is in it, however, you are allowed to can your own food. My glass jars will be labeled with exactly everything in it. I am writing today to hopefully get some feedback as to whether you or anyone you know would possibly be interested.
