Intestinal Candida Yeast - Here is what I am doing and my health is improving

No food at all - (s PowerHouse Fast with live juice, greens only)

Drinks - purified or distilled water

Herbal food in capsule form

Herbal tea

Herbal Supplements

Enema Bag

Distilled water

1 Large Garlic Oil

Glass Jar

I am using a clean glass coffee jar for Garlic Oil

Fill a little more than half way with olive oil and one whole bulb of Garlic - cut in half

than let it soak in the jar for at least a week, don’t worry about the skin as your going to strain this product

I add a cup of Garlic Oil and distilled water in my enema bag

The reason for the Garlic Oil in the enema bag is to help assist in killing off the overgrowth of Candida.

I am also right now taking Power Poop, PowerFood, CayennePower, DetoxPower Tea.

Pain Level has improved, too!

I am shooting for 30 days and I will let you know how it goes!
