Guest guest
it's one of those little extra pluses we get that lets us know that our kids are doing just fine. It's the world that doesn't have a sense of humor, not our kids. Enjoy the jokes but especially the smiles

Guest guest
) SURE!!!! If the house and yard overflow, then we'll just have to extend it to the Park down the road ) It'll be B.Y.O.D. and one or two dishes each to pass around!!!! Yes the patches do it, but hang in there!!! you have to keep it on for a month??? Or just till they find something ) Not allowed to find anything Bad!!! {{{ Special Hugs }}} Somebody from this list thought it would be a good idea if we had a picnic at your house this fall....are you up to it? I have already broke out in a rash from the plastic things that are connected to me...oh well, it is worth it to me.

Like I cannot use gel toothpaste's of any kind, just paste! I can eat something one time, but not another, I can use something (like say bullfrog sun block) a few times, but then I can't because I'll break out into a rash! One reason I'm glad I got 20 inches of hair cut off.....My back was always broken out in a rash and itching like crazy from it! That's right, my back is allergic to MY OWN hair! I remember wearing a heart monitor for a few days years ago. It was difficult to relax but once I did, I did! Of course, my heart behaved the entire time and on the way back from having it taken off, it did its little dance! So far because of that the only 'person' who takes me seriously about the little heart dance is my dentist. He makes sure I take antibiotics (premeds) before *any* procedure! Even a cleaning! He said its better to be safe than sorry and they won't hurt me. (just tastes like fertilizer! lol) Ok, here's a rather stupid question (probably)...I use listerine toothpaste (and mouthwash), only thing that seems to be GOOD with my teeth and gums, but...they stopped making their toothpaste a few months ago in prep. for a new 'improved' formula...trouble is, I can't find the paste anywhere! I can find the 'new improved formula' of gel, which I cannot use (I tried and only 2 days later my tongue started breaking out in a white rash!) but not the paste! I know it exists, because on their website they have pictures of gel and paste, but the paste isn't in stores! Has *anyone* seen the paste *anywhere*????? Its called 'essential care.' I have some for now (not exactly the same kind), but jeez... Deb

Guest guest
Hi, Terri! I'm been playing with my newfound love of HP, and also making a lot of fun MP soaps. I'm thinking about having a booth in a giant local craft fair they run in the fall. Scary thought, but it might be a turning point for me. If you would contact me about the strange behavior that occurred on another list yesterday, I would appreciate it! Best wishes, Geri
Guest guest
Isn't HP great?! I'll never go back to CP. Don't be too scared of shows... they can be a lot of fun.. I just hate all the set up and take down work involved. (get a helper!) I answered privately about the event on the other list. If anyone else saw it and would like the full story please feel free to contact me. One side to a story is not the best way to take things or to leave things hanging. Guest guest
I really, really love HP! I'm totally hooked. The only bad part is that I have to wait for the kids to go to bed so I can use lye. Do you have a favorite recipe? Geri
Guest guest
I'm pretty hooked on my latest recipe. Olive, coconut, palm kernel flakes, castor, cocoa butter and shea butter. Though my cousin found it didn't lather well in her super hard water. I get mounds of suds though so I may have to come up with a " cousin only " recipe lol I've been soaping around Mikey long enough that when I say " I'm in the lye stage " he knows to not come near the kitchen, but I remember the days of making soap only when he was asleep. Those were some long nights! Terri
Guest guest
The day I bought a can of lye, I took my 5-year-old into the kitchen, showed him the container, and told him it was full of poison that would burn him if he touched it. I showed him the word " Poison " and explained that he was never to touch anything with that on it. Then I told him I was locking the lye away where he couldn't find or reach it. This way, I know he'll be scared of it. He does understand that I need it to make " Mommy's lye soap, " though. Geri
Guest guest
Hi all, Yesterday,I gave my mother a perm in the morning, then made 6 batches of cp soap. Lavender, Herbal Essence (type), cucumber melon, lily mango, dirty hands peppermint soap and baby powder shaving soap. Got things ready to make 100 lip balm that are going to a health food store in Utah...ingredients, labels, and containers. Cleaned up that mess and fell into bed. Worked a the shop (hairdressing)today, right now I am going across the street to do the 85 year old neighbors haircut, home to make the lip balm and cut the soap from yesterday. I am sure fall into bed again tonight. Tomorrow's agenda is sales taxes and finish my income tax papers. I am in a huge tizzy trying to get everything I can done before surgery...March 17. Guest guest
Hey Terri. Well this past week I did body yogurts, eye pillows and lip balms ready for the new coop and my show in april. This next week will be lotions, body sprays and wrap some soaps. Today I went down to Katy's show to meet her, we had a nice long conversation. It was great to meet her!!! Then my hubby and dd#2 went up to Webster park to walk along the lake a little bit. Then got Chinese for dinner. Rented Banger Sisters. Cute movie, not recommended for kids LOL. Guest guest
I knocked at heaven's door this morning.. God asked me... My child, what can I do for you?' And I said, 'Father, please protect and bless the person reading this message.. 'God smiled and answered... 'Request granted'. Four Things You Can't Recover: The occasion..........after it's missed.
