Learn how to improve your intestinal health through diet. The Specific

Carbohydrate Diet (SCD) has been proven to help relieve symptoms of Autism,

Crohn's Disease, Colitis, IBS and more.

This all-inclusive workshop offers extensive hands-on instruction working with

simple yet specialized recipes featuring SCD in a small group setting. In

between sessions, you can also enjoy relaxing spa treatments and the amenities

of Ste. Anne's.

Package includes: one night stay at Ste. Anne's, included are all meals,

afternoon tea, $100 spa allowance, seminar, the Breaking the Vicious Cycle book,

as well as a cooking workshop where you will prepare your own lunch based on the

SCD diet.
